1. ETORICOXIB+THIOCOLCHICOSIDE belongs to a group of medicines
called Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs) indicated for the
treatment of osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, gouty arthritis and
ankylosing spondylitis, acute pain, chronic low back pain and muscle
spasms

2. • It is also used to treat painful and inflammatory conditions related to joint problems like
osteoarthritis (damage to the joint cushioning), rheumatoid arthritis (pain, stiffness,
swelling and loss of movement of joints), gout (pain, redness of joints due to deposition of
mineral crystals), ankylosing spondylitis (an inflammatory disease affecting the spine and
other large joints of the body)

• Etoricoxib + Thiocolchicoside is a combination of two medicines: Etoricoxib and
Thiocolchicoside, which relieves pain and relaxes the muscles. Etoricoxib is a non-
steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain
chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).
Thiocolchicoside is a muscle relaxant. It works on the centers in the brain and spinal cord
to relieve muscle stiffness or spasm and to improve pain and movement of muscles

3. FERROUS ASCORBATE + FOLIC
ACID + METHYLCOBALAMIN + ZINC

• PREGABALIN+NORTRIPTYLINE is a combination medicine indicated for the
management of neuropathic pain associated with diabetic peripheral neuropathy,
postherpetic neuralgia, spinal cord injury, etc. Neuropathic pain is a chronic progressive
nerve disease which causes nerve pain due to nerve damage or a malfunctioning nervous
system.

• Nortriptyline (antidepressant). Pregabalin affects the chemicals in the brain that send pain
signals across the nervous system. Nortriptyline works by increasing nerve transmitters
(serotonin and noradrenaline) in the brain, thereby reducing the pain messages arriving in

• CEFUROXIME+CLAVULANIC ACID belongs to the group of medicines called antibiotics
used to treat various bacterial infections such as pharyngitis/tonsillitis (throat infections),
otitis media (ear infections), sinusitis (infection of the sinuses), gonorrhoea (sexually
transmitted disease), Lyme disease, septicaemia (bloodstream infection), meningitis
(inflammation of the brain and spinal cord), lower respiratory tract, skin, urinary tract,
bone, and joint infections
• CEFUROXIME+CLAVULANIC ACID is a combination of two antibiotics, namely:
Cefuroxime (cephalosporin antibiotic) and Clavulanic acid (beta-lactamase inhibitor).
Cefuroxime works by preventing the formation of bacterial cell covering, which is
necessary for their survival. Thereby, kills the bacteria. Clavulanic acid works by
decreasing bacterial resistance and enhancing the activity of cefuroxime against the
bacteria.

Clavulanic Acid. Cefuroxime is an antibiotic. It works by preventing the formation of the

body. Clavulanic Acid is a beta-lactamase inhibitor which blocks the action of enzymes
produced by bacteria to inactivate Cefuroxime . Addition of Clavulanic Acid reduces

11. • AMOXICILLIN+CLARITHROMYCIN+ESOMEPRAZOLE is a combination medicine that
contains Clarithromycin, Esomeprazole, and Amoxicillin. Clarithromycin is an antibiotic
that kills the bacteria (Helicobacter pylori), causing the infection. Esomeprazole is a
proton pump inhibitor and acts by reducing the production of stomach acid. Amoxicillin is
a penicillin antibiotic and bactericidal (kills the bacteria)
• AMOXICILLIN+CLARITHROMYCIN+ESOMEPRAZOLE is a combination medicine that
contains Clarithromycin, Esomeprazole, and Amoxicillin. Clarithromycin is an antibiotic
that kills bacteria (Helicobacter pylori) causing the infection. Esomeprazole is a proton
pump inhibitor (responsible for acid production) and acts by reducing stomach acid
production. This effect helps to reduce symptoms of peptic ulcer disease. Amoxicillin is a
penicillin antibiotic and bactericidal (kills the bacteria). It works by preventing the
formation of bacterial cell covering (protective cell wall) necessary for their survival.
Together, AMOXICILLIN+CLARITHROMYCIN+ESOMEPRAZOLE is used to treat the
infection and peptic ulcer disease.

12. HOW AMOXYCILLIN + CLARITHROMYCIN +
ESOMEPRAZOLE WORKS
• Amoxycillin + Clarithromycin + Esomeprazole is a combination of three medicines:
Amoxycillin , Clarithromycin and Esomeprazole, which treats stomach/intestinal ulcers
caused by the bacteria. Amoxycillin is an antibiotic which works by preventing the
formation of the bacterial protective covering which is essential for the survival of bacteria
in the human body. Clarithromycin is also an antibiotic which stops bacterial growth by
preventing the synthesis of essential proteins required by the bacteria to carry out vital

13. POLYETHYLENE GLYCOL WITH ELECTROLYTES
