o The remaining 50% will be charged on monthly basis based on the number of service hours spent on the project
o Company will provide all necessary purchase order numbers and other internal information necessary for invoice
processing by end of the month
Client Agreement for Payment
o 1st initial invoice upon receipt will act as deposit for every project and every invoice will have 15 payment terms
o In case of delay in payment, 1% per month will be charged on unpaid amount and further company also reserves the
right to stop work until the payment is made
