Carbon rotary kiln waste heat boiler in chinajacker gu
The carbon series waste heat boiler is mainly applied in the industries which produce carbon products and other related enterprises.
Structure:
The whole structure adapts vertical inverted Ⅱ type, with a horizontal suspended super heater, convection tubes arranged in rows, the Serpentine tube economizer ,the water cooling system, etc.
It has the advantages of small size, low investment, novel structure and superior performance, etc.

This PPT gives brief description of TESTING DIRECTORATE in R.D.S.O Manak Nagar Lucknow.
These includes all cells under this directorate.
I did my summer training under this directorate in 2017.
The system is designed to test the performance/Functional testing of the following 27 types of pneumatic valves of AC Brake system of AC Rake for Metro Rail. The system is consisting Brake Pipe, Auxiliary Reservoir, Brake Cylinder Reservoir and Control Reservoir. The system has Dew point sensor, Noise level transmitter. The test stand have a structure composed of Aluminum –Section with pressure gauges construction housing with digital pressure gauges at front of the stand. The right and left side and the rear side of the test stand is provided with detachable covers and doors. All the air reservoirs and pneumatic piping are accommodated inside of the test stand.
