without milk
2. first crack one to two eggs
into a mixing bowl
3. Whisk the eggs until the
whites and yolks are combined.
The longer you whisk them the
fluffier your scrambled eggs

4. in a skillet heat one tablespoon
15 milliliters of oil or butter
over medium heat
5. then turn the heat to low this
will prevent your eggs from

1. to make a fruit smoothie first pour 1 cup 240 milliliters of fruit juice
milk or non-dairy milk into a blender you can even use water if
that's all you have
2. then add half a cup 120 milliliters of yogurt
3. finally add 2 cups 300 grams of frozen fruit and blend on high until
smooth
4. pour your smoothie into a glass and enjoy
5. if you don't have frozen fruit use fresh fruit instead and add one
cup 150 grams of ice to make a delicious mango pineapple and
kiwi smoothie start by adding 1 cubed mango 1 diced Kiwi in one
cup 200 grams a cubed pineapple to a blender
6. then add 1 cup 240 milliliters of milk and 2 cups 475 milliliters of
