To be a watch keeper over a companies social channels and that of their competitors, giving
advance warning of changes, news, or issues that affect their or their competitors business.
To analyse rate and rank any related group of social channels for research,
business development, diligence - to allow multiple competitor analysis at regional,
national or global scale.
To create real time, independent, factual, genuine conclusions as to clients social presence
and that of their competitors.
Promotor targets specific social channels, as provided by clients -
we set up specific searches, which can also incorporate key word
search terms , the system then receives every incoming and
outgoing post from those channels in the background.

post is analysed by our system,
we do not only count the
regularity or quantity of the
content but, very importantly,
the system uses machine
learning code to understand the
words used, and even the
images used, the system gives
sentiment scores for every post
it finds and an overall sentiment
score for each channel

The sentiment engine at the back end of the system then
works with our own algorithms to produce generic scores
for each channel under analysis - there is no other system of
this nature that we are aware of - the algorithms we use can
be amended to produce results that are relevant to clients
and their particular analytic priorities.

underlying activity - for the first time an entire network and its
relative success can be seen on one conclusions page - the
data and conclusions behind each channel are easily accessed
and data can be drilled down to various levels as required.

Every single word in every single post is analysed by our system, we do not only count the regularity or quantity of the content but, very importantly, the system uses machine learning code to understand the words used, and even the images used, the system gives sentiment scores for every post it finds and an overall sentiment score for each channel listens
