PrimeFaces 4.0.5 has issues with calendar, file upload, and selectOneMenu components working inside a wizard or dialog when the page is using an include option to split the page into header, body, and footer sections. These components work correctly when used directly in a single page without includes. The attached file provides a sample project demonstrating the problem.

2. Issue Summary
In one of JSF - Primefaces Page, we have PF Wizard inside the Dialog
Component. In this PF Wizard Component, if we have Calendar , File
Upload & SelectOne dropdown Functions, it works great. But when this
PAGE is part of an include option ( like header , body , footer template) ,
then Calendar , File Upload & SelectOne dropdown Functionalities are not
working. We are using MyFaces JSF 2.1.x.
In other words,When PF 4.0.5 jar, PF components (Calendar, File
Upload & SelectOne Menu) are NOT working when used with include files
with Dialog/Wizard combination. It is working when used with in a single file.
