de cautare a unui loc de munca si prezentarea la interviuri
în vederea ocuparii, instruire in scopul intelegerii
mecanismului economiei de piata si dezvoltarea unei
atitudini corecte fata de locul de munca si fata de
angajator;
• Stimularea mobilitatii geografice si ocupationale;
• Mediere fata in fata si on-line prin intermediul platformei

14. • Beneficiile pregatirii unui individ in vederea ocuparii unui
loc de munca se vor rasfrange asupra comunitatii din care
acesta face parte, creandu-se astfel un efect multiplicator.
• Integrarea pe piata muncii a participantilor va determina
cresterea veniturilor in cadrul familiilor si implicit nivelul de
trai al comunitatii si sansele de participare la FPC.
• Job-club-ul online infiintat de catre partenerul P1 intr-un
proiect anterior, pentru regiunea Nord-Vest, va fi extins la
nivelul regiunilor Vest si Centru si va fi promovat prin
media online, care este din ce in ce mai eficienta.
• Realizarea retelei de Centre Regionale de Ocupare din
regiunile Nord-Vest, Centru si Vest care va furniza schimb
de bune practici la nivel national.

Editor's Notes
Necesitatea implementarii proiectului este data de rata somajului care se mentine ridicata in localitatile, foste industriale, din regiunle Nord-Vest, Centru si Vest, in special in randul tinerilor, a persoanelor cu varste peste 45 ani si a somerilor de lunga durata.
Situatia se datoreaza capacitatii reduse de cuprindere a somerilor in aceste zone, de deficitul constatat in formarea competentelor antreprenoriale, de necorelarea ofertei educationale cu nevoile de pe piata muncii dar si de participarea redusa a persoanelor la formarea profesionala a adultilor si nu in ultimul rand, de migrarea fortei de munca catre tarile din UE.
Gradul de saracie si de excluziune sociala din Romania a ajuns în 2012 la 42% din populatie, in crestere fata de anul precedent, cand acest indicator se afla la 40,3%.
Acest indicator plaseaza Romania pe primele locuri in Europa, in timp ce media UE se situeaza în jurul a 25%.
Dezvoltarea durabila pleaca de la ideea ca activitatile umane sunt dependente de mediul inconjurator.
Sanatatea, siguranta sociala si stabilitatea economica a societatii sunt esentiale in definirea calitatii vietii.
Proiectul este prietenos fata de mediul inconjurator si asigura protectia mediului, a resurselor si biodiversitatii deoarece propune utilizarea platformei electronice pentru derularea proiectului si a mediului e-learning pentru formarea profesionala, care permite reducerea substantiala a consumului de hartie contribuind la protejarea mediului inconjurator, prin incarcarea online a documentelor care vor fi accesibile in timp real tuturor participantilor la proiect.
Participarea echilibrata la activitatile economice constituie una din modalitatile prin care poate fi atinsa egalitatea de facto pentru grupurile dezavantajate si care poate sa asigure autonomie si independenta financiara a acestora.
La selectia participantilor la activitatile proiectului se va evita discriminarea, aceasta limitandu-se la respectarea structurii grupului tinta asumat prin proiect si a conditiilor impuse de standardele ocupationale.
S-a acordat o atentie sporita persoanelor cu o situatie dificila pe piata muncii: someri tineri (30%), someri varstnici (10%), someri de lunga durata (30%)
Femeile reprezinta o proportie de min 50% din grupul tinta.
Imbunatatirea gradului de ocupare la nivelul zonelor foste industriale, din mediul urban si rural, din regiunile Nord-Vest, Vest si Centru, prin atragerea si mentinerea pe piata muncii a grupurilor dezavantajate de pe piata muncii: someri, cu accent pe somerii de lunga durata, persoane in cautarea unui loc de munca si persoane inactive.
Mijlocul prin care este atins obiectivul general este dezvoltarea unei Retele Multiregionale de Centre Regionale de Ocupare la nivelul regiunilor Nord-Vest, Vest si Centru si asigurarea de interventii integrate de ocupare pentru 300 de persoane din grupul tinta.
