Dinasou.com is Malaysia's first online supermarket operating on an online-to-offline (O2O) e-commerce model. Launched in August 2015, it was founded by CEO Lee Kong How to provide an integrated grocery shopping and selling platform for consumers and retailers. The platform allows retailers to sell their inventory online and consumers to order items for pickup at partnering physical stores. Dinasou.com aims to expand retailers' sales channels while rewarding consumers with store credit for purchases to redeem on groceries. Its goal is to establish a nationwide network of 20 warehouses and grocery store locations within a year to provide a seamless online and offline shopping experience across Malaysia.
