3.  The lecturer Dr Millis is a professor of orthopedic surgery in
Harvard Medical School and he gave a lecture regarding this topic
which was entitled “Joint-preserving Surgery for the Mature Hip” at
the John Hopkins University Orthopedic Review Course in Baltimore,
