• UH Libraries Task Forces: 2014 to present
• Evaluating preservation and access systems,
testing, and making recommendations
• Implementing Archivematica for digital
preservation and FEDORA/Hydra for digital
asset management and access
4. Implementing Archivematica
• Created cross-departmental working group to
iteratively develop workflows, tools, and software
integrations
• Contracted with Artefactual for software support
• Tested processing configuration and settings with
production data
• Planned for migration of born digital archives in 3
phases and began transfers on production
instance

• Developing apps to prep packages for ingest to
