This study was about “A Report on a Restaurant about Customer Satisfaction”.
It was requested by Kaniz Kakon on 7th November, 2021.
 Satisfaction of the customers.
 Quality of Foods.
 Environment of the restaurant.
 Taste of the food.

Introduction
 SAO 26 is a continental restaurant since 2018.
 Location: Sector 14, Uttara, Dhaka.
 Partnership Business
 Design: Classical Interior – 35+ seating capacity.
 Total staff – 12
 Total food item – 44 types of food.
 High quality food.
 Friendly environment.

Objective
 Customer’s satisfaction of SAO 26 restaurant.
 Talking to the owner, staffs and customers.
 Collecting data about the services of the restaurant.
 Improving group presentation skill.
 Group Management.
 Public communication.

Scopes
The report examines all the general procedures of SAO 26 restaurant.
The survey was on:
 General information.
 We talked with the Owner. He was very supporting. He helped us a
lot to make this report.
 We also talked with the customers .Most of them helped us but some
of the customers were not ready to answer our questions.

Methodology
 On 20th November, 2021, we went to the restaurant named
SAO 26.
There we talked with the owner, staffs and customers.
The statistics were analyzed using a survey test.
We had to go the customers for collecting some data.
The survey was really good.
 Finally, we come to know the satisfaction of the customers.

Findings
• Rating of the food
• Mostly regular customer
• Family and friends comes here
• Separate seats for guests
• Good service
In addition, some customers had problems with-
• Pricing of the food
• Takes time to prepare the food

Recommendation
• Outlet of the restaurant should be increased, as it has only one
outlet.
• Lower food price.
• Should advertise more to gain more publicity.
• Increase the number of staffs.

  • 5. 5 Introduction  SAO 26 is a continental restaurant since 2018.  Location: Sector 14, Uttara, Dhaka.  Partnership Business  Design: Classical Interior – 35+ seating capacity.  Total staff – 12  Total food item – 44 types of food.  High quality food.  Friendly environment.
  • 6. 6 Objective  Customer’s satisfaction of SAO 26 restaurant.  Talking to the owner, staffs and customers.  Collecting data about the services of the restaurant.  Improving group presentation skill.  Group Management.  Public communication.
  • 7. 7 Scopes The report examines all the general procedures of SAO 26 restaurant. The survey was on:  General information.  We talked with the Owner. He was very supporting. He helped us a lot to make this report.  We also talked with the customers .Most of them helped us but some of the customers were not ready to answer our questions.
  • 8. 8 Methodology  On 20th November, 2021, we went to the restaurant named SAO 26. There we talked with the owner, staffs and customers. The statistics were analyzed using a survey test. We had to go the customers for collecting some data. The survey was really good.  Finally, we come to know the satisfaction of the customers.
  • 9. 9 Findings • Rating of the food • Mostly regular customer • Family and friends comes here • Separate seats for guests • Good service In addition, some customers had problems with- • Pricing of the food • Takes time to prepare the food
  • 10. 10 Recommendation • Outlet of the restaurant should be increased, as it has only one outlet. • Lower food price. • Should advertise more to gain more publicity. • Increase the number of staffs.
