The 'Just the Job' program, funded by Birmingham City Council, aims to help unemployed residents in Soho, Lozells, and East Handsworth find employment through intensive advice, personal coaching, job matching, and employer engagement. The program operates in three tiers: increasing client engagement, encouraging self-evaluation, and providing a structured pathway to employment, along with 13-26 weeks of post-employment support. Pathway Group seeks collaboration with local employers and support organizations to enhance the program's reach and effectiveness.

3. Pathway Group are working on a Birmingham City
Council funded programme to enable unemployed
Soho, Lozells and East Handsworth residents to move
into employment.
The programme consists of intensive IAG, followed by
personal coaching, job matching and local employer
engagement and post employment support.

4. The delivery module will operate in a tiered
approach:
•Part 1: Helping clients to become active and inspired
and engaged with others.
•Part 2: Clients are encouraged to under-take self
evaluation to help them understand reflection,
determination and direction.
•Part 3: Pathway to employment.

5. There are Post-employment support and client
tracking will be undertaken for a minimum of 13-26
weeks to either encourage the sustainment of
employment or assist securing successful
consequential employment.
