 Employee empowerment includes trust, authority, information
sharing, decision-making, accountability, and responsibility.
 The process of enabling or authorizing an individual to think,
behaves, take action, and control work and decision making in
autonomous ways.
 Organizational commitment predicts work variables such as
and some of the factors such as role stress, empowerment, job
insecurity and distribution of have been shown to be
connected to a worker's sense of organizational commitment.
 Job satisfaction is commonly defined as the extent to which
employees like their work.
 Satisfaction has also been examined under various
demographics of gender, age, race, education, and work
experience.
 This study examines the relationship between employee
empowerment and Organizational commitment.
 To examine the relationship between employee empowerment
and job satisfaction.
 Ho: There is significant relationship between empowerment
and organizational commitment.
 Ho: There is a positive and significant relationship between
empowerment and job satisfaction
The research methodology to be used for carrying out the
study:-
 This research used causal method.
 Nature of data-------- primary data, secondary data
 Sources of data--------- journals and questionnaire
 Sampling unit -----BSP employees
 Sample size-------100
 Sampling Technique-------Convenient Sampling
 A 5-point Likert scale is to be used.
 Correlation coefficient between variables i.e..
Employee empowerment , job satisfaction
and organizational commitment is to be
established.
 There is significant relationship between employee
empowerment and organizational commitment of the
employees
 There is significant relation between employee empowerment
and job satisfaction.

  • 2.  Employee empowerment includes trust, authority, information sharing, decision-making, accountability, and responsibility.  The process of enabling or authorizing an individual to think, behaves, take action, and control work and decision making in autonomous ways.
  • 3.  Organizational commitment predicts work variables such as and some of the factors such as role stress, empowerment, job insecurity and distribution of have been shown to be connected to a worker's sense of organizational commitment.  Job satisfaction is commonly defined as the extent to which employees like their work.  Satisfaction has also been examined under various demographics of gender, age, race, education, and work experience.
  • 4.  This study examines the relationship between employee empowerment and Organizational commitment.  To examine the relationship between employee empowerment and job satisfaction.
  • 5.  Ho: There is significant relationship between empowerment and organizational commitment.  Ho: There is a positive and significant relationship between empowerment and job satisfaction
  • 6. The research methodology to be used for carrying out the study:-  This research used causal method.  Nature of data-------- primary data, secondary data  Sources of data--------- journals and questionnaire  Sampling unit -----BSP employees  Sample size-------100  Sampling Technique-------Convenient Sampling
  • 7.  A 5-point Likert scale is to be used.  Correlation coefficient between variables i.e.. Employee empowerment , job satisfaction and organizational commitment is to be established.
