Google shared information with ReachLocal indicating they have advantages over competitors due to their direct access to Google's platform, ability to make real-time bidding adjustments, and quality of ad groups. Google reported that ReachLocal pays less on average for Google AdWords than competitors and individual users. A graph from Google showed that ReachLocal pays less for client ads than other industry averages. This is good news for ReachLocal and clients, as clients get more value from their advertising dollars through ReachLocal's technology and experience in digital marketing.

3. Our company President, Nathan Hanks, had meetings with Google recently and they shared some
information on their side that you may find valuable. Google says that we have very definite
advantages over our competitors that also offer Google because of our direct AP into their platform,
our real-time bidding adjustments as the day progresses, and the quality of our text ad groups
(contributing to Quality Score). Google says we are paying, on average, much less than our
competitors and single users for PPC (Google Ad Words). In fact, even after our mark-up, Nathan
shared that we are still paying less for our client’s presence than what our competitors can do or
what businesses can do on their own. Below is a graph from Google that shows what we pay and
what the rest of the Industry pays on average.
Bottom line, good news for us and even better news for our clients – because of our technology and
