This document summarizes the process of designing murals for music practice rooms at a community college. A survey was conducted to gather student input on what should be included in the murals. Ideas such as shapes, colors, phrases, instruments, and music notes were collected. Focus groups further discussed student preferences. All ideas were combined into a brainstorming session to design two murals incorporating student and staff feedback. Consideration was also given to health and safety issues and materials needed to complete the murals.
