LSTP was founded in 2005 as a shared initiative of the Lubelskie Province Governor’s Office and the University of Life Science in Lublin. Our outcome is to reach 100 people who will join the ongoing projects. SWOT Analysis It is a complex event/competition that requires various specialists in the area. This means potential competitors will have to make an effort to make a similar competition. The competition brings a lot of attention to selected jobs and companies. There has to be an excellent conception. Once there is a small drawback, our target audience may lose interest. It is still costly to make the event. Besides the financial site, specialists involved in the project must be greater prepared. Many young people may find influencers and professionals from their desired brunch and gain connections. It is a great chance to attract businesses that may become our partners in the future. Competitors may take our idea. Participants can easily switch between current events.
