The first luxury Hotel in Kollengode, located at the heart of the town,
launched in 2009 and obtain the 3 star classification in the same year.
In 2011 the hotel was purchased by present management, at the time
the hotel was in a deplorable condition. The management renovated
the entire building by providing additional and modern facilities.
The major works takeout by the management were
1. Installing new lift
2. Installing and structural work of entire fire fighting
equipments
3. Erecting brand new air conditioners in the entire building
4. Existing STP was revamped and newly constructed
5. Modernization and tiling including flooring the kitchen.
6. Constructed an additional space of 2000.sq,ft. with fire
escape stairs .
7. Re-plastering the terrace and its flooring.
8. Covered roofing for the entire building was laid ,for its future
strength.
