EX EX GATHERING 
AN EXCEPCIONAL EXPERIENCE 
PAINT & WINE 
A new concept of event. Designed and developed to surprise, to live a 
unique and genuine experience, to generate positive endorphins. It is 
addressed to companies willing to offer something exclusive and 
differential to their clients, in professional meetings, or even to their own 
business teams. 
The new concept Ex Ex Gathering will be always an exceptional 
experience, unique and unrepeatable, linking two or more artistic 
manifestations. The wines which are tasted will come by the hand of an 
artistic interpretation, which will take the form of a dance, a music, a 
show of magic, a storyteller... Guests will be asked to participate in “the 
Secret within wine shapes”, and will receive an explanatory leaflet.

WINE & JAZZ 
IS ANOTHER EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE 
Until today, in wine tasting and pairing four senses were applied: Sight, 
Smell, Taste and Touch. Many psychological studies proved how 
multisensorial integration, included Hearing, can improve or worsen the 
effectiveness of our perception facing an external sensory stimulus. 
The criteria to match the wine with the music can be very varied and 
contemplates as many possibilities as tastes or personal choices. But 
beyond considering it a simple game, some experts believe that a person 
can reach still-quite-unexplored moments of pleasure if we marry up with 
grace the expression of two arts disciplines; 
On the one hand the musical composition and performance of it, and on the 
other hand the development, often handmade, of a wine, in which both 
concentrate many years of traditions and culture. 
Four different wines blended with a live jazz composition takes us through a 
unique sensory experience, with the participation of our 5 senses. 
Attendees will receive an explanatory leaflet.

FORMS OF THE WINE 
THE THRILLING EXPERIENCE OF HAVING A WINE GLASS 
TASTING 
To reach the sensory pleasure, you have to drink wine in the right cup. 
This observation may seem a little curious and excessive, but it has been 
proven in practice through comparing the taste of the same wine in 
different glasses. 
Blown thin glass, unadorned, and design narrowed to its essential: bowl, 
stem, and foot, were the basis to create wine glasses, both functional 
and beautiful. The guidance were the principles of Bauhaus design, 
where form meets function. 
The design of the glasses serves to accentuate the wine harmony 
instead of its defects. In fact, the cup has the responsibility to direct the 
wine to the desired locations to enhance the quality and intensity of the 
bouquet. Consequently, the initial point of contact with the wine depends 
on the shape and volume of the cup, the edge diameter, and its finish, in 
addition to the glass thickness. 
Attendees will receive an explanatory leaflet.

THEMATIC WINE TASTINGS 
WALKING THROUGH THE WINES OF THE WORLD 
PLAYFUL WINE TASTING FROM THE 5 CONTINENTS 
The hegemony of the wines from the Old Europe is diluted in the global 
market. In contrast, wines from the so called New World countries, 
particularly on the Southern Hemisphere, are showing off nowadays a 
state of exceptional health. 
The majority of wine producer countries of the New World are in the 
Southern Hemisphere: Venezuela, Peru, Brazil, Chile, Bolivia, Paraguay, 
Uruguay and Argentina, and South Africa, Madagascar, Australia and 
New Zealand. However, we may find some exemplary producing 
countries in the Northern Hemisphere, like USA, Canada, Mexico, Japan, 
China or India, among others. 
Tasting will include wines from North America, South America, Australia, 
New Zealand, South Africa and Europe. 
Between each wine, a period of time is given to the guests to empower 
communication, networking, and activation of personal, social and 
commercial objectives of the event. 
Attendees receive a brochure with an explanation of the wines. 
Other topics: wines with design, lawless wine, authorship wines, 
sparkling wines from the world, the secrets of whisky, etc..

TASTING SECRETS 
WINE TASTING PRACTICAL COURSE 
A meeting to dive in the knowledge of wine, through the empowerment of 
the senses in the sensory tasting. A theoretical and practical 
application in the tasting of wines and champagnes, as well as 
scientific principles to make a good pairing with different foods. 
Set of themes: 
• The senses in sensory analysis. 
• An introduction to the sensorial tasting. 
• Practical session and use of the five senses in the sensorial tasting. 
• Colour, aromatic, touch and taste spectrum 
• Practical tasting of white wines. 
• Blindfolded taste of red wines. 
• The aging of wine. 
• The shelf life of wines. 
• Scientific notions of pairing. 
• The balance of the wines. 
• Conservation of wines. 
• Tips to become an expert.

AMATEUR WINE COMPETITION 
PEOPLE INTERACTION AND TEAMWORK 
Team Building Activity to promote the relationship of people and 
teamwork. 
Program: 
• Introduction to Sensory Tasting 
• Individual and team competition 
• Explanation and tasting the wines 
• Results and awards 
The event starts diving in the knowledge of wine, through the 
empowerment of the senses in the sensory tasting. 
The activity consists of five wines that will be tasted blindly (covered 
bottle), both white and red wines, and of discovering basic 
characteristics of it, varietal type, its origin, and finally make individual 
conclusions on index cards previously delivered. 
To make it more dynamic, fun and above all participatory, teams are build 
up in order to submit at the end of the event a team conclusion on 
each wine.

Wine Team Building Activity 
WINES & CHEESES 
PEOPLE INTERACTION AND TEAMWORK 
Harmony sense encounters: 
A fun and educational team building game that combines wine tasting 
and cheese, and discovers his best pairing. Various types of cheeses 
from different milks and textures: beef (Roquefort and Camembert 
type), goat (loop type) and sheep (cured Manchego type), with an 
assortment of several jams to accompany: fig, quince, tomato and 
apple, to discover the best combination with a selection of wines of 
different types, white, red and sweet. 
After a short, precise and entertaining explanation of the basic 
principles of pairing, a competition would be established individually 
and then in teams, to find the best harmonies between the three 
products -wine, cheese, jam- awarding to the winning team. 
Can become the starter of a post menu.

TASTING AND CAVIAR PAIRING 
Caviar tasting is a gourmet experience which goal is to learn to 
differentiate the varieties of caviar, to discover the secrets of sturgeon 
fishing and caviar processing, to learn about its proper conservation, and 
finally to delight pairing it with a detailed selection of great sparkling 
wines. 
It is only name caviar to those roes from female sturgeon, from which 
there are about 25 varieties. The three most precious: Beluga, Sterlet, 
and Ossetra & Sevruga, are found in the Caspian Sea, whose waters 
overspread Russia, Iran, Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan.

Designed and developed to surprise, to live a unique and genuine experience, to generate positive endorphins. It is addressed to companies willing to offer something exclusive and differential to their clients, in professional meetings, or even to their own business teams. The new concept Ex Ex Gathering will be always an exceptional experience, unique and unrepeatable, linking two or more artistic manifestations. The wines which are tasted will come by the hand of an artistic interpretation, which will take the form of a dance, a music, a show of magic, a storyteller...   • 5. Wine Networking Activity WINE & JAZZ IS ANOTHER EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE Until today, in wine tasting and pairing four senses were applied: Sight, Smell, Taste and Touch. Many psychological studies proved how multisensorial integration, included Hearing, can improve or worsen the effectiveness of our perception facing an external sensory stimulus. The criteria to match the wine with the music can be very varied and contemplates as many possibilities as tastes or personal choices. But beyond considering it a simple game, some experts believe that a person can reach still-quite-unexplored moments of pleasure if we marry up with grace the expression of two arts disciplines; On the one hand the musical composition and performance of it, and on the other hand the development, often handmade, of a wine, in which both concentrate many years of traditions and culture. Four different wines blended with a live jazz composition takes us through a unique sensory experience, with the participation of our 5 senses. Attendees will receive an explanatory leaflet.   • 6. Wine Networking Activity FORMS OF THE WINE THE THRILLING EXPERIENCE OF HAVING A WINE GLASS TASTING To reach the sensory pleasure, you have to drink wine in the right cup. This observation may seem a little curious and excessive, but it has been proven in practice through comparing the taste of the same wine in different glasses. Blown thin glass, unadorned, and design narrowed to its essential: bowl, stem, and foot, were the basis to create wine glasses, both functional and beautiful. The guidance were the principles of Bauhaus design, where form meets function. The design of the glasses serves to accentuate the wine harmony instead of its defects. In fact, the cup has the responsibility to direct the wine to the desired locations to enhance the quality and intensity of the bouquet. Consequently, the initial point of contact with the wine depends on the shape and volume of the cup, the edge diameter, and its finish, in addition to the glass thickness. Wine Networking Activity THEMATIC WINE TASTINGS WALKING THROUGH THE WINES OF THE WORLD PLAYFUL WINE TASTING FROM THE 5 CONTINENTS The hegemony of the wines from the Old Europe is diluted in the global market. In contrast, wines from the so called New World countries, particularly on the Southern Hemisphere, are showing off nowadays a state of exceptional health. The majority of wine producer countries of the New World are in the Southern Hemisphere: Venezuela, Peru, Brazil, Chile, Bolivia, Paraguay, Uruguay and Argentina, and South Africa, Madagascar, Australia and New Zealand. However, we may find some exemplary producing countries in the Northern Hemisphere, like USA, Canada, Mexico, Japan, China or India, among others. Tasting will include wines from North America, South America, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and Europe. Between each wine, a period of time is given to the guests to empower communication, networking, and activation of personal, social and commercial objectives of the event. Attendees receive a brochure with an explanation of the wines. Other topics: wines with design, lawless wine, authorship wines, sparkling wines from the world, the secrets of whisky, etc.. A theoretical and practical application in the tasting of wines and champagnes, as well as scientific principles to make a good pairing with different foods. Set of themes: • The senses in sensory analysis. • An introduction to the sensorial tasting. • Practical session and use of the five senses in the sensorial tasting. • Colour, aromatic, touch and taste spectrum • Practical tasting of white wines. • Blindfolded taste of red wines. • The aging of wine. • The shelf life of wines. • Scientific notions of pairing. • The balance of the wines. • Conservation of wines. • Tips to become an expert.   • 9. Wine Team Building Activity AMATEUR WINE COMPETITION PEOPLE INTERACTION AND TEAMWORK Team Building Activity to promote the relationship of people and teamwork. Program: • Introduction to Sensory Tasting • Individual and team competition • Explanation and tasting the wines • Results and awards The event starts diving in the knowledge of wine, through the empowerment of the senses in the sensory tasting. The activity consists of five wines that will be tasted blindly (covered bottle), both white and red wines, and of discovering basic characteristics of it, varietal type, its origin, and finally make individual conclusions on index cards previously delivered. To make it more dynamic, fun and above all participatory, teams are build up in order to submit at the end of the event a team conclusion on each wine. Guests: from 8 person on. Wine Team Building Activity WINES & CHEESES PEOPLE INTERACTION AND TEAMWORK Harmony sense encounters: A fun and educational team building game that combines wine tasting and cheese, and discovers his best pairing. Various types of cheeses from different milks and textures: beef (Roquefort and Camembert type), goat (loop type) and sheep (cured Manchego type), with an assortment of several jams to accompany: fig, quince, tomato and apple, to discover the best combination with a selection of wines of different types, white, red and sweet. After a short, precise and entertaining explanation of the basic principles of pairing, a competition would be established individually and then in teams, to find the best harmonies between the three products -wine, cheese, jam- awarding to the winning team. Wine Networking Activity TASTING AND CAVIAR PAIRING Caviar tasting is a gourmet experience which goal is to learn to differentiate the varieties of caviar, to discover the secrets of sturgeon fishing and caviar processing, to learn about its proper conservation, and finally to delight pairing it with a detailed selection of great sparkling wines. It is only name caviar to those roes from female sturgeon, from which there are about 25 varieties. The three most precious: Beluga, Sterlet, and Ossetra & Sevruga, are found in the Caspian Sea, whose waters overspread Russia, Iran, Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan.
