Our senses fuel our perceptions of the objects and events that surround us. Yet as marketers we're often limited to just two of them—sight and sound.
How much more compelling could brand experiences be if we used the science of perception to design better, more persuasive interactions—taking into account all of our senses?
In our latest white paper, we explain how an experiential approach harnesses the science of the senses to create more effective, more engaging experiences that amplify your message and brand.

Developing a wine program is no easy feat- just ask any sommelier, wine director or small restaurant manager. It comes from years of learning what wines pair with what foods, what wines go with what social situations, etc. etc. Once your wine program is in place, how do you transfer that knowledge over to your staff? Training your staff on wine is an essential part of a comprehensive wine program. Your team is your number one resource for connecting with customers, they are the face of your restaurant, and they have the power to dazzle customers!

Implicitly or explicitly all competing businesses employ a strategy to select a mix
of marketing resources. Formulating such competitive strategies fundamentally
involves recognizing relationships between elements of the marketing mix (e.g.,
price and product quality), as well as assessing competitive and market conditions
(i.e., industry structure in the language of economics).
Enterprise Excellence is Inclusive Excellence.pdfKaiNexus
Enterprise excellence and inclusive excellence are closely linked, and real-world challenges have shown that both are essential to the success of any organization. To achieve enterprise excellence, organizations must focus on improving their operations and processes while creating an inclusive environment that engages everyone. In this interactive session, the facilitator will highlight commonly established business practices and how they limit our ability to engage everyone every day. More importantly, though, participants will likely gain increased awareness of what we can do differently to maximize enterprise excellence through deliberate inclusion.
What is Enterprise Excellence?
Enterprise Excellence is a holistic approach that's aimed at achieving world-class performance across all aspects of the organization.
What might I learn?
A way to engage all in creating Inclusive Excellence. Lessons from the US military and their parallels to the story of Harry Potter. How belt systems and CI teams can destroy inclusive practices. How leadership language invites people to the party. There are three things leaders can do to engage everyone every day: maximizing psychological safety to create environments where folks learn, contribute, and challenge the status quo.
Who might benefit? Anyone and everyone leading folks from the shop floor to top floor.

2. MEETINGS WITH
WINE AND SENSES
Networking and Team Building of Companies
Since its beginning, Sensorial Espai Group' calling has been to offer a particular
quality service, contributing to the business world with imaginative new ideas,
creativity and flexibility, and giving value to the mechanisms of people motivation.
We offer a different, innovative and playful way of motivating in order to generate
competitive advantages for the company, both internally and externally, developing a
wide program full of activities and events linked to the wine world and gastronomy.
3. Our vision of success
WHY ARE THESE MEETINGS NOW MORE NEEDED?
1.- To generate fortune, you need to be in the right place at the right time.
2.- Best moments are those ones that you will never forget.
3.- Success always comes after the occurrence of subtle ideas, surrounded by
sincerity, and with serious expectations of earnings.
4.- Instead of luxury, we should say that the wine world is synonym of elegance,
discretion and a quiet relation with glamour. It’s the shadow that shelters business.
5.- If you are looking for different results, don't do always the same.
6.- If you surround yourself by smart people, you'll end up by being as simple as
them.
7.- To get customers, first you have to get their attention by surprising them in
different ways. The hardest part is to keep them. That's why new surprises must
carry credibility, humility, respect and gratitude. It's harder to keep up than to
seduce.
8.- Never expect immediate results, you must trust the wisdom of the people.
Success is only built with time, perseverance and effort.
9.- Do not try to sell what you are offering, try to convince the other of what he will
win by using your products or services.
10.- That’s what we try to do thanks to the mythical wine world. We make our living
working on the others making their living. Furthermore, everyone enjoys, today and
in the future.

WINE & JAZZ
IS ANOTHER EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE
Until today, in wine tasting and pairing four senses were applied: Sight,
Smell, Taste and Touch. Many psychological studies proved how
multisensorial integration, included Hearing, can improve or worsen the
effectiveness of our perception facing an external sensory stimulus.
The criteria to match the wine with the music can be very varied and
contemplates as many possibilities as tastes or personal choices. But
beyond considering it a simple game, some experts believe that a person
can reach still-quite-unexplored moments of pleasure if we marry up with
grace the expression of two arts disciplines;
On the one hand the musical composition and performance of it, and on the
other hand the development, often handmade, of a wine, in which both
concentrate many years of traditions and culture.
Four different wines blended with a live jazz composition takes us through a
unique sensory experience, with the participation of our 5 senses.
Attendees will receive an explanatory leaflet.
Guests: from 20 person on. Duration: minimum 2 hours
Place: To be determined.
Gastronomy: Yes.
Standing session.

FORMS OF THE WINE
THE THRILLING EXPERIENCE OF HAVING A WINE GLASS
TASTING
To reach the sensory pleasure, you have to drink wine in the right cup.
This observation may seem a little curious and excessive, but it has been
proven in practice through comparing the taste of the same wine in
different glasses.
Blown thin glass, unadorned, and design narrowed to its essential: bowl,
stem, and foot, were the basis to create wine glasses, both functional
and beautiful. The guidance were the principles of Bauhaus design,
where form meets function.
The design of the glasses serves to accentuate the wine harmony
instead of its defects. In fact, the cup has the responsibility to direct the
wine to the desired locations to enhance the quality and intensity of the
bouquet. Consequently, the initial point of contact with the wine depends
on the shape and volume of the cup, the edge diameter, and its finish, in
addition to the glass thickness.
Attendees will receive an explanatory leaflet.
Guests: maximum 48 person on.
Duration: minimum 2 hours
Place: To be determined.
Gastronomy: Yes.
Standing or sitting session.

New Zealand, South Africa and Europe.
Between each wine, a period of time is given to the guests to empower
communication, networking, and activation of personal, social and
commercial objectives of the event.
