Corporate sailing regattas have become a popular and cost-effective incentive activity for companies in Spain. Yacht clubs will handle the technical and logistical management of the regatta events. Participants will be taught basic sailing instructions and assigned positions on the boats. The objectives of the incentive program include developing teamwork through navigational maneuvers and races, as well as teaching skills like sail trim, tactics, crew positioning and handling currents.

4. PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT AND RACING
Once participants have come to the Club, the pattern-instructor explains
the basics, sailing instructions and proceeds are distributed to the
allocation of positions: a bow, a clutches two genoas, a mast, a
communications and tiller.

5. OBJECTIVES OF A SEA OF INCENTIVES
If you like the competition, no matter if you have no experience
in races, you will form a team working in navigation.
We have designed a program modules with specific issues
sailing regatta venture.
The main navigation maneuvers like turning work gybing,
hoisting and lowering sails.
• Trim the sails and all aid instruments.
• Tactics and strategy: differentiate, decide, plan and act.
• Position and rotation: the crew positions will be defined.
• Specific session focused on the tiller or rudder.
• Currents, tides, winds and areas.
• Aspects such as preferences, flags, scope, work outputs..
