Moscow State University of Psychology and Education (MSUPE) was founded in 1996 in accordance with the scientific views of the Moscow Psychological School of Cultural-Historical Psychology. MSUPE is led by Rector Vitaly Rubtsov. The university offers programs in psychology, clinical psychology, pedagogy, social work, and other fields. MSUPE consists of several faculties and research centers and has agreements with international organizations like UNESCO. The university invites cooperation to further its mission of education and research.
