At time of listing I create the paper file for compliance.
These are the items I have to have to turn in:
o Exclusive Right To Sell
o Agency Disclosure
o Deed
o Assessors Card
o Plot Plan
o Lead Paint Disclosure
o Title 5
Also, information about Trusts, LLCs, etc. if signer is different
from owner of record

Why do we do all of this?
For Sellers:
There is no better marketing.
If the home doesn’t sell, it is not from lack of exposure. It is
literally seen everywhere.
If the home does not sell, price or condition HAVE to be
adjusted. The marketing and exposure are already there.
