healthy habit. Nutritional intake is just
as important as physical activity.
O PDH encourages students to make
healthy nutritional choices. Students
learn to understand the importance of a
balanced diet.

to the human body.

3. Get Physical
O PE informs students about living a
healthy and active lifestyle and the
benefits of it.
O PE encourages students to keep
physically active by excising and
participating in sporting activities.
O PE promotes physical activity by

dance and games in practical classes.

4. Stay Safe
O Students learn about safety awareness
within their home and community, on
the road and around water.
O Students learn how to keep safe when
