GreenWheel Gardens (GWG) is a California-based corporation whose mission is to create
urban grow centers throughout inner cities in the United States. We grow exceptionally fresh
and healthy produce that we call “Better than Organic” because we grow under perfect
conditions and use no chemicals or pesticides.
GreenWheel Gardens re-purposes unoccupied building and warehouse space into agricultural

We choose to locate our grow wheel operations in inner city locations where rent
is typically low and as close to our distribution points as possible.
There is virtually no water waste with our grow wheels and we capture water
when possible.
Our state of the art lighting systems uses very little electricity. We can use solar
to supplement our electrical demands and run off peak hours.
One person can manage twenty five machines or more. Each machine makes a
profit, therefore the more machines we have in operation the greater the profit.
In a 40,000 square foot warehouse, we can fit 165 machines that can grow 600,000 to
750,000-plus pounds of high end produce per year. Our minimum price point for each
crop we grow is $3.50 per pound. Therefore, in one warehouse we can grow between
$2,100,000 to $2,625,000 worth of produce with minimal overhead. As a result, our
financial projections predict that we will be highly profitable.

numbers reflect our best judgment and what we anticipate in terms of future earnings

We base all of our projections on current market and experience but the fact is we
don't have a crystal ball, that said, what we can say for a fact is that food prices are
unlikely to go down, that water is a precious commodity, that we are running out of
viable farm lands, and people are going hungry.
