Surah Yaseen is a Makki surah consisting of 83 ayahs and 5 rukuhs that was revealed in the first ten years of the Prophet's prophethood. Surah Yaseen

- 2. Surah Yaseenis a Makki surah i.e. it was revealed in the first ten years of prophet hood. It consists of eighty-three ayahs and five rukuhs(sections).
- 3. THE PROPHET SAID ‘SURELY EVERYTHING HAS A HEART, AND THE HEART OF QURAN IS YASEEN, I WOULD LOVE THAT IT WOULD BE IN THE HEART OF EVERY PERSON OF MY PEOPLE’

- 9. THE PROPHET SAID ‘WHOEVER RECITES YASEEN ONCE, ALLAH WILL RECORD THE REWARD OF RECITING THE QURAN TEN TIMES(TIRMIDHI 2812/A 8 DHABI)’
- 10. THE PROPHET SAID ‘RECITE YASEEN ON YOUR DECEASED(ABU DAUD/IBN MAJAH)
