The target audience for the presentation is the people of Cranford. The presentation will include a PowerPoint, talk, and exhibition to inform the audience about what Cranford does to help or harm the environment and gain their opinions. To maximize impact, the presenter will share something new to grab attention, keep the PowerPoint short to hold interest, give a brief talk, and let audience interact with sculptures to appreciate the work. The goal is for the audience to learn more about sculptures and environmental impacts through the multi-sensory presentation.

Question 1: Who is your target audience and why?
• All the people at Cranford.
Question 2: What events could you put in your
presentation?
• Power point
• Talking
• Exhibition
• Ask the audience for their opinions on what
they think/know
• Inform the audience what does cranford do
to help/harm the environment
Question 3: How are you going to show your work to
maximise the impact on your audience?
• Tell them something that they never knew
before to get their attention
• Don’t make the power point too long so they
stay interested and don’t get bored
• You need to have a short talk and not a very
long one
• Let them come up to the stage and have a feel
of the sculptures so that they can appreciate
us for our work and all effort we put in to
making those sculptures
Question 4: What do you want them to get out of it?
• They will gain more information about
sculptures and things that affect the
environment by looking and listening to our
power point and by looking at our sculptures.
