The minutes document the planning meeting for a mural presentation. Five people - Irbaaz, Ricky, Emmanuel, Omar, and Amar - discussed the most suitable venue for the presentation, costs and disadvantages of different venues, and who they wanted to attend that could enact change. Finally, they discussed the presentation order, and logistics of setting up the space for the audience, presentation, and sculpture displays. Six action items were agreed to: finishing questionnaires, designs, writing about the target audience, a risk assessment, finalizing designs, and researching materials.
