M4 Property Solutions completed a fire risk assessment for a 24-story tower block in London's financial district in 2014, covering 7 floors occupied by 5,000 workers. They also completed a fire safety management plan and training for a new restaurant in Somerset House that refurbished 3 floors of the unused west wing. Additionally, M4 provided construction management services for a new community pavilion in Taunton, completing the project in August 2014 to replace an outgrown former building.

risk assessment for clients occupying a
24 Story Tower Block Ropemaker Street
in the City of London in August 2014 .
This complex assignment covered 7
storeys of the block in which 5000
traders worked.

3. Somerset House, The Strand, London
M4 Property Solutions completed a fire
safety management plan and training
for clients opening the new Spring
restaurant occupying the West Wing of
Somerset House. The project involved 8
months of refurbishment of 3 storeys of
the building which had laid un-occupied
for 150 years.

4. M4 Property Solutions provided CDM-
Co-ordinator services to manage the
safe delivery of a new build project for
West of England Developments
(Taunton) Limited in partnership with
Trull Parish Council. The construction of
the new community Pavillion at Trull,
Taunton was completed in October
August 2014 .
The new Pavillion replaces the
outgrown former building and provides
a much needed facility for the
community.
