Abstract
Workload Automation DE r12 (and r12.1) has introduced
new features and functionality in addition to incremental
improvements and enhancements to existing features.
This presentation provides a brief synopsis of the major
changes and enhancements to Workload Automation DE
(CA WLA DE) since r11.3.

– Define columns and columns order in personal
view
– Use Basic/Advanced option for defining columns in
personal view

§ Define view filters:
– Use predefine filter criteria for defining filters in
personal view
– Filter definition fields values are case sensitive

§ Preview personal view:
– Use PREVIEW button to preview before submitting
the view

Define Applications from CA WLA DE Web UI
§ Define application properties:
– Use Edit option from Login -> Define -> Application
-> APPL-ACTIONS drop-down menu to define
application properties

§ Define jobs within application:
– Select job category from job palate
– Add jobs from palate to application graph area

§ Define job properties:
– Select job from application graph area
– Click on Edit option from JOB-ACTIONS drop-down
list
