can't tell youhowmuch I appreciate yourwillingnesstohelp.The nurse setuptodo thisvisitwith
the surveyorandhad to call off and the surveyorwas insistentonkeepingthe patient....l didtryto
switch!Withthat said...the surveyorwasblownawaywithhow well youdid.She wasimpressed
that youidentifiedthe change inconditionandprovidededucationasif youwere theirprimary
nurse whenyouhad neverevenmetthe patient.Infact,she wassoimpressedthatshe broughtit
up againduringthe exitconference!!!Youtrulymade a difference!
