L’amphithéâtre de garnison, c’est quoi ?
C’est le rassemblement des étudiants en DCEM 4 de France venant de passer les ECN et valider leur deuxième cycle, dans le but de choisir leur poste d’internat (spécialité et subdivision/ville) selon leur classement à l’ECN et dans la liste des postes ouverts par le Ministère de la Santé courant juillet. Cette année, ce n’est pas moins de 6239 étudiants qui étaient attendus à Lognes (lieu où se déroule l’amphithéâtre de garnison chaque année) ; vous pouvez donc imaginer que tous les étudiants ne s’y retrouvent pas en même temps, et c’est pour cela que les choix sont étendus sur deux semaines, à raison de 700 étudiants par jour.
Un petit bilan de cette édition 2010 :
Sur les 6839 postes proposés aux étudiants, 6132 ont été pourvus au final soit un taux d’inadéquation (pourcentage des postes non pourvus par rapport à ceux ouverts) de 10,3%. Ce phénomène est dû au fait qu’il est difficile de prévoir le nombre de redoublants qui ont participé aux ECN et pour qui un poste a été ouvert, mais qui finalement ne prendront pas de poste. Il faut ajouter à cela les 77 refus de postes qui ont eu lieu. Et c’est encore les postes de Médecine du Travail et de Santé Publique qui en pâtissent, ainsi que le trop grand nombre de postes ouverts en Médecine Générale (53,12% des postes ouverts). Nous avons également pu noter que 1351 étudiants ont vu leur pré-choix effectué sur CELINE (procédure de choix informatique officielle du Ministère de la Santé) changer par rapport au choix fait le jour J à l’amphithéâtre de garnison. En effet, on observe des changements d’avis au dernier moment, changement qui entraîne par ailleurs des modifications pour toute la suite des choix. Pour conclure ce bilan, nous vous joignons les rangs limites (classement du dernier à avoir choisi chaque type de poste) organisés par spécialités et subdivisions (ville d’affectation).

Si l’étudiant en kinésithérapie tout au long de sa formation es amené à témoigner de la maitrise de ces deux référentiels, il est plus rarement amené à témoigner de la façon dont il est parvenu à les combiner au cours de sa pratique de stage, seule la qualité de cette combinaison lui étant communiqué (ce sera «bon kiné »).

This is a workshop about communication and collaboration. We will experience how we can analyze the reasons for resistance to change (exercise 1) and practice how to improve our conversation style and be more in control and effective in the way we communicate (exercise 2).
This session will use Dave Gray’s Empathy Mapping, Argyris’ Ladder of Inference and The Four Rs from Agile Conversations (Squirrel and Fredrick).

Let’s talk about powerful conversations! We all know how to lead a constructive conversation, right? Then why is it so difficult to have those conversations with people at work, especially those in powerful positions that show resistance to change?
Learning to control and direct conversations takes understanding and practice.
We can combine our innate empathy with our analytical skills to gain a deeper understanding of complex situations at work. Join this session to learn how to prepare for difficult conversations and how to improve our agile conversations in order to be more influential without power. We will use Dave Gray’s Empathy Mapping, Argyris’ Ladder of Inference and The Four Rs from Agile Conversations (Squirrel and Fredrick).
In the session you will experience how preparing and reflecting on your conversation can help you be more influential at work. You will learn how to communicate more effectively with the people needed to achieve positive change. You will leave with a self-revised version of a difficult conversation and a practical model to use when you get back to work.
