 As my height is 174cms and my weight is 57 kgs, I am
under weight as per my BMI.
 So the weight gaining exercises for me will be as

 If someone follows the exercise plan with proper
diet, he can gain the weight with toned physique in
not more than 3 months.

 Being a professional for an interview depicts the
seriousness and respect towards the organization and the
job your are applying for.
 It leaves a huge impact on the interviewer, as first
impression matters.
 It shows how eligible and qualified your are for the job,
both in the terms of education and humanly as well.
 A true professional is trustworthy, that is what any
organization will look for ultimately.
