STEPS TO IMPLEMENT PROJECT  Create the Atmosphere of Real Estate Selling with Return of Payment.      1st acquire an authority to sell from Developers or Property Owners to sell their properties with the return of payment scheme. STEPS TO IMPLEMENT PROJECT     ·        2nd step create the marketing force within GACI and/or assist present marketing force of the developers on the new concept adaptation.
