STATEMENT OFTHE PROBLEM
The study aimed to determine the challenges and experiences encountered by
Overseas Filipino Workers living in Barangay Bag-ong Argao.
Specifically, it sought to answer the following questions:
1.What are the challenges encountered by Overseas Filipino Workers living in
Barangay Bag-ongArgao?
2.What are their experiences while they’re working abroad?
3. How did the respondents manage or handle the challenges and experiences that
they encountered?
SCOPE AND LIMITATION
Modus:
OFWs that are living in Barangay Bag-ong Argao will be interviewed.
Locus:
Barangay Bag-ongArgao, Molave, Zamboanga del Sur.
Focus:
The challenges and experiences of OFWs while working abroad.
SIGNIFICANCE OFTHE STUDY
This study will determine the challenges and experiences encountered by
Overseas Filipino Workers living in Barangay Bag-ongArgao. It is also projected
that this study can benefit the following individuals and groups that are seen
below:
• OFWs • POEA
• Families • Future Researchers
• Community
METHODOLOGY
RESEARCH DESIGN
• The researchers utilized a qualitative design.
• The study was text-based.
• All the data gathered its method of collection
• It did not involve any rate or quantity.
• Needs a thorough analysis about the challenges
and experiences of the OFWs.
RESEARCH LOCALE
This study will be conducted in the Barangay Bag-ongArgao, Molave, Zamboanga
del Sur.The barangay of Bag-ongArgao has an estimated number of less than 100
houses.These houses are mostly found in the roadside and the rest are found in hills
and near the cliffs.
RESEARCH RESPONDENTS
The research subjects of the study are the OFWs living in the Barangay Bag-ong
Argao, Molave, Zamboanga del Sur.The survey will be conducted on five of the OFWs
that are living in the barangay.

  • 4. STATEMENT OFTHE PROBLEM The study aimed to determine the challenges and experiences encountered by Overseas Filipino Workers living in Barangay Bag-ong Argao. Specifically, it sought to answer the following questions: 1.What are the challenges encountered by Overseas Filipino Workers living in Barangay Bag-ongArgao? 2.What are their experiences while they’re working abroad? 3. How did the respondents manage or handle the challenges and experiences that they encountered?
  • 5. SCOPE AND LIMITATION Modus: OFWs that are living in Barangay Bag-ong Argao will be interviewed. Locus: Barangay Bag-ongArgao, Molave, Zamboanga del Sur. Focus: The challenges and experiences of OFWs while working abroad.
  • 6. SIGNIFICANCE OFTHE STUDY This study will determine the challenges and experiences encountered by Overseas Filipino Workers living in Barangay Bag-ongArgao. It is also projected that this study can benefit the following individuals and groups that are seen below: • OFWs • POEA • Families • Future Researchers • Community
  • 7. METHODOLOGY RESEARCH DESIGN • The researchers utilized a qualitative design. • The study was text-based. • All the data gathered its method of collection • It did not involve any rate or quantity. • Needs a thorough analysis about the challenges and experiences of the OFWs.
  • 8. RESEARCH LOCALE This study will be conducted in the Barangay Bag-ongArgao, Molave, Zamboanga del Sur.The barangay of Bag-ongArgao has an estimated number of less than 100 houses.These houses are mostly found in the roadside and the rest are found in hills and near the cliffs.
  • 9. RESEARCH RESPONDENTS The research subjects of the study are the OFWs living in the Barangay Bag-ong Argao, Molave, Zamboanga del Sur.The survey will be conducted on five of the OFWs that are living in the barangay.
