“Yehey!, vacation time is waving,” yelled Ashley.
“There are 2 weeks more to go before the school days ended,”
added Lovely, her elder sister.
“In 1 week we have 7 days so, if I multiply 7 by 2…, that would
be 14 days before school days end,” Ashley counted.
“Wow, so maybe we can start planning our Summer Vacation,”
Mother just added.
Suddenly, Father received message in his cellphone from his
brother in Marinduque telling that he invited us to watch the
Moriones Festival.
Mother eagerly get the cellphone and read again the message.
“Uncle Jess is inviting us to have a vacation in Marinduque. We
never had a chance to visit him and his family”, she smiled.
“That is good! It will give pleasure for all of us,” Father warmly
added. Ashley and lovely giggled happily about the good news.

An Adverb of Manner tells how an
action is done. It answers the questions
HOW. Adverbs of manner usually ends
in –ly.
