محولات التيار من اهم العناصر المستخدمة فى معظم مجالات الهندسة الكهربية فنجدها فى محطات الجهد العالى و المتوسط و ايضا نجدها فى دوائر التحكم و لوحات الجهد المنخفض
كما ان محول التيار له استخدام هام قد يغفل عنه البعض و هو clamp meter او ما يعرف بالكلامب امبير
يعمل محول التيار لانتاج تيار كهربى صغير على ملفات الثانوى secondary بينما يمر تيار كبير فى الابتدائى

تتضمن الشرائح عرضاً لمبادئ الكهرباء ابتداءً بالذرة وانتهاءً بالمفاهيم الأساسية: التيار، الجهد، والمقاومة.
بعدها يتم الحديث عن المتحكمات واستخدامها بالإضافة للتعريف بالأردوينو، ونهاية التنويه لمخاطر استخدام الكهرباء بشكل غير صحيح وتوضيح سبل الوقاية.
