4. Right	size	the	capabilities	– internal	and	external	expertise	defined,	sourced	and	
cohesively	managed	to	get	“enough	of	everything	needed”
5. Nothing	is	sacred	or	set	in	stone
6. Risk	is	a	guest	at	the	conference	room	table	– invited	and	managed,	not	avoided
