A 59-year-old woman presented with left neck pain radiating to her left shoulder, scapula, lateral arm, and hand numbness for one year. Her pain management injections failed to provide relief. Her medical history includes right nephrectomy for cancer in 2004 with no further treatment, left total knee arthroplasty, thyroid issues, cholecystectomy, and hypertension. Her physical exam was nonfocal. The spine conference discussed the patient's axial neck pain and left cervical radiculopathy.
