Fault prediction is hampered as the small shift in system behavior is hidden in the noise of the measured indirect signals. More so, human interaction with machines is not taken into the IoT setup. Based on examples, we show how to combine data with models from physics and psychometry to unleash the data’s value.

(3) Preliminary results comparing Grantham-TIAM with other models MESSAGE and WITCH show similar emissions pathways and costs of mitigation, though further analysis is still needed.
