Positive attitude is generated through positive energy, which can be developed using six steps according to Sarila Rupa Goswami. The six steps are: 1) cultivating enthusiasm, 2) determination, 3) patience, 4) focusing on goals and leaving useless tasks, 5) departing from wrong company and accepting right company, and 6) following the right people and mentors. Developing these six aspects leads to the generation of positive energy and a positive attitude, which allows one to see opportunities, feel hope, and achieve goals that may seem impossible with a negative mindset.
