 I have learnt many things from life.
 In this presentation I will tell the tips that I follow
or those who follow it around me.
 I really think these tips work out as I have done it
practically and seen people around me making
these tips work.

 Anger is a condition in
which the tongue
works faster than the
mind.
 Always be aware of
yourself and do things
consciously with full
attention.
 Avoid the occasion
which may cause
anger.

also helps.

or go out and take a
brisk walk.

understanding heart.
