Cela m’a appris beaucoup de choses comme l’esprit d’équipe, la
discipline et aussi la rigueur pour la compétition (faire et
refaire jusqu’à ce que cela soit parfait).
L’adrénaline qu’on ressent juste avant de monter sur scène est
juste incroyable.
C’est cette adrénaline que j’essaie de retrouver dans ma vie
d’entrepreneur et je ne suis pas déçue.

Quelles difficultés avez-vousrencontrédans cetteaventure?
La plus grosse difficulté est la combinaison du temps et de la prise de décision. On doit aller vite et prendre les bonnes
décisions, mais quand on a une formation d’ingénieur, on aime bien étudier toutes les possibilités avant de choisir.

D’aprèsvous quels sont les facteursclés desuccès pourréussir dans l'entreprenariat?
Les facteurs clés de la réussite sont l’adaptabilité, il
faut savoir se remettre en question à chaque instant.
Savoir bien gérer son temps, car on peut très vite se
laisser submerger avec des activités avec moins de valeurs
ajoutées. Savoir bien s’entourer pour déléguer les
activités en toute confiance.
Quelmode definancement avez-vousretenupourlancervotresociété?
Nous sommes en phase d’investissement pour être présent et
leader au moment du time-to-market, de ce fait j’ai fait le
choix d’ouvrir le capital à des investisseurs privés.
S’il n’y en avait qu’un, quel serait le point d’attention à surveiller en priorité lorsqu’on se lance dans
l’aventure startup ?
Il faut savoir que les journées sont en réalité composées
de 3 fois 8h, et que les deux pires ennemis sont le non-
choix et le temps.
Quels conseils donneriez-vous à quelqu’un qui voudrait lancer sa propre startup ?
Lancer sa startup, c’est bien sûr la meilleure formation
professionnelle qui puisse exister. Avant de lancer sa
startup, il faut bien prévenir sa famille, ses amis que
l’on sera beaucoup moins disponible et que l’on aura besoin
de soutien pour vivre les ascenseurs émotionnels.
