Introduction: The project
is a residence building
designed for a family of
four people in Jaipur.
Area:1197 sq. ft.
Cost: 20 Lakhs
Role: Principal Architect
RESIDENCE
“To ensure light and
ventilation in all areas,
through the depth of
residence, big window in
front and a verandah rather
than a corridor was
planned, which is serving 4
spaces at the same time.”
“According to the project requirements, the plan includes a Drawing
room, a Living Area, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Toilets, a Kitchen, Pooja space and
an open space.
Living and Drawing rooms have been kept semi divided as client is
conservative but communication can be established through the curtains.
The site is north facing due to which house cannot receive direct sunlight
in most areas.”
“This residence is an economic solution for independent house for owners with a plot, serving
the basic requirements.
Most of the elevation is painted, Elevation tiles have been used to enhance the front.
Lawn is small, but to ensure greenery, planters and pergola have been designed.
Pergola is constructed in iron frame and railings in steel.”

Introduction: This
project in Pushkar, is not
only the residence for a
family of 6 people, but
also serves as a holiday
home for the extended
joint family.
Amenities like pool,
home theatre, terrace
gardens and number of
common living spaces
makes it more than a
simple residence.
• Area- 4500 sq. ft.
• Cost- 25 Crores
• Role: Principal
Architect
“The site was initially
north facing but 3
sided roadside plot
gave the benefit of
making the east side
as front elevation.
Elevation is made
aligned with the
shape of plot to
support the design.
Projections and
boundary are
arranged in a sync.”
“The villa is designed
in contemporary
style, with massing,
jalis, projections and
groves. The site is
sloped so project has
been worked on
levels and steps, to
create a balance.”
“Apart from the
construction materials
like brick, cement etc.,
the materials used in
elevation are- Gwalior
Mint Stone as the base
with leather finish and
Travetino with rough
stone finish. Gwalior
mint stone jalis are also
put in elevation. MP
Sagwan wood has been
used for doors and
frames. Aluminium and
glass windows for
sliders on the roof.”
“Most of the windows and open
spaces are kept on east side of the
project since it faces reserved forest
land and gives excess of ample of
morning sunlight. In every aspect,
the grandness of the project was
kept in mind.”
Of9ice interiors
Introduction: The client’s
expectation with this project
was to have an office which
could be commonly used for
any venture and the office
was required to run by 2
directors. So the office has
been visibly divided into two
parts, but common activities
have not been separated, for
e.g.. Reception, Waiting,
Meeting room, Pantry.
• Area- 400 sq. ft.
• Cost- 13 Lakhs
• Role- Interior Designer
“The builder provided the
client with tiled flooring and
unplastered ceiling, HVAC &
Fire fight arrangements and
electricity connections.
Material used to grace up the
office were Wooden boards,
mica, designed MDF sheets,
plain & lacquered glass.
Basic design pattern has been
followed for this office, to
maintain the circulation of
visitors in a certain way.”
“If the visitor is coming for an initial meeting, he would be
attended by an executive in the meeting room without any
disturbance to the director, but for personal meeting, he would
have to go to the cabin.”
Cosmo clinic
Introduction: A clinic designed for
a doctor to perform skin and hair
surgery situated in Jaipur
The site was earlier being used for
storage of Voltas machines. So, it
was a task to convert it to a clinic
but its location as a corner plot
was an advantage for ample light.
• Area- 750 sq. ft.
• Cost- 6 Lacs
• Role- Interior Designer
“Converting a store space into a
cosmo clinic concluded to
uniform flooring, light
partitioning and similar false
ceiling for all the spaces.
Pre fixed electrical wiring and
plumbing services were
constraints which needed to be
acknowledged, so there is no
compromise on the use of clinic.
This was a budget project.”
“The project required a
Reception cum waiting, 2
Doctor cabins, 2 Operation
theatres, 1 Toilet, Gown
closet, Changing room and a
Preparation lobby.
Material used: Aluminium
Frames, Coloured Laminate
Boards, Glass, Leatherette,
Wooden Boards, Green
Marble, Gypsum Board etc. “
