The facilitator, i.e. my self, feels that the inclusion of these is done with a view to motivate the teachers to teach with greater commitment. Teachers must be motivated to become better teachers, without which the quality of education cannot be improved for generations together. When the teachers realize the important role they are playing, it is hoped that they would raise to the occasion and add love to the responsible job they are doing, and create the necessary impact. As everybody knows, our numbers have been down in a number of the courses. That’s why
one of the reasons we’re here is to decide which courses we should possibly move away
from or evolve into something else.
