INDIA POLITICAL SYSTEM WAS STARTED IN 20TH CENTURY
INDIA IS A LAND OF CONTINENTIAL PROPORTIONS AND IMMENSE
DIVERSITY THERE ARE 20 MAJOR LANGUAGES AND SEVERL HUNDRED
MINORS IN INDIA .
IN INDIA OUR NATIONAL LEADER VISUALISE THAT THE INDIA IS DIVERSE
LAND .
FEDERALISM IS A SYSTEM OF GOVT. IN WHICH SOVERGNITY DIVIDED
B/W CENTRAL AND STATE .
EACH LEVEL HAS DIFFERENT POWERS AND RESPONSIBILITIES AND HAD
A SEPRATE SYSTEM OF THE GOVT.

A SYSTEM OF FEDERALISM
FEDERALISM IN INDIAN POLITICAL SYSTEM
THERE WAS CONSENSUS ON POWER SHARING SO OUR LEADERS WERE
AWARE OF REGIONAL DIVERSITY AND LINGUISTIC DIVERSITY..
DURING THE TIME OF IT WAS CLEAR THAT THERE SHOLD BE SEPRATION
OF POWER.
NO STATE COULD HAVE EXCEEESIVE POWER
IN THE PAST EXPERIENCE INDIA FACES PARTITION DUE TO EXCESSIVE
POWER IN THE HAND OF STATE.

It was decided that it is need to promote diversity and unity in India
So our constitution represent QUASI FEDERALISM means that the
powers ae divided b/w state and centere
ARTICLE 1(A) India that is BHARAT shall be union of states

NATURE OF FEDERALISM
The onstituent assembly adopted on 22/january/ 1946
States are autonomus units and have residary power and function of
the govt to except power and functions of the union 
Fourth session 1947 I n which demanded Pakistan . Rapid and satisfy
Social, Economic, aspiration can be achieved only through planning .
DR AMBEDKAR introduce the drafting committee and work on the issues
on the constitution
Federalism divided powers into central and state to avoid conflict
between them

second World war
once second World war ended and elected body set up in India for
framing the constitution
every India state participate in making of Indian constitution

Muslim league also rejected the proposal because they won
independent nation that is Pakistan
all the parties and leaders rejected the proposal given by lord Cripps
Indian National Congress rejected the proposal because they want
Swaraj not dominance status

CABINET MISSION 1946
After the end of second world war government change in Britain
viceroy clement atlee announce to free India after the conversation of
three week
constituent assembly was established in India there were 389 members
in the assembly
a representative body would be formed name as constituent assembly
until the constitution assembly act as dominal legislature 14
until it frame India would administer as per the
government act 1935
on 16 August 1946 direct action day was announced by
Muslim league and riots were spread in India.

1947 MOUNT BATTEN PLAN
OR INDIA INDEPENDENCE ACT 1947
Before the Mountbatten plan there was a plan known as
Dickie bird plan it was an informal plan under this plan
province declare independent successor state choose
whether the join or not
Jawaharlal Nehru rejected this land and say that this plan
was lead to balkanisation

leaders this plan was also known as balkan plan
Then Mountbatten plan 1947
Under this plan partition was accepted in the plan it was
decided after independence India were divided into two
national that is India and Pakistan
conferred complete legislative authority to the constituent
assembly and establishment a government in provinces
and States

NWF join Pakistan under the leadership of Khan
