This document discusses using Podio as a tool to improve talent management (TM) processes in AIESEC Colombia. It explains that Podio allows for simplified knowledge management through customizable apps. The mission is to focus on process and have strategy drive development. Several apps have been created in Podio to integrate experiences, track national recruitment, store TM information, and facilitate sharing. The goals are to improve the talent pipeline, member engagement, and information management during leadership transitions.
