This document summarizes the journey of creating PNCamp, India's first product leaders bootcamp. It began in May 2013 with a group wanting to create a meaningful products event. Over several months, the idea went through multiple pivots as the organizers worked to refine the format and attract the right audience. By early November, enthusiasm was low due to challenges in marketing without a finalized program. However, the organizers employed experimentation and hit their stretch goal of 125 companies attending just before the December event. The document outlines the journey from initial idea to successful execution of PNCamp as a volunteer-driven event under the aegis of iSpirt, whose philosophy is also briefly described.
