Recruitment:
Top Level, 12.33% of CTC.
Managerial Level, 10.25% of CTC
Executive Level. 8.33% of CTC.
The CTC for the purpose of calculation of
service fees shall include compensation
payable to the candidate and will add
without limitation, salary (whether monthly
or annually), the value of benefits and
perquisites such as medical allowance,
insurance premium, LTA, company’s car,
company’s accommodation, and retrials
namely Provident Fund, Superannuation or
any other schemes.
Replacement :
Guarantee replacement after 2
months .
If the candidate leaves within 2 months
of joining, will find a replacement which
will not be charged for. This warranty is
only if the candidate leaves voluntarily.
We will need to be informed of
candidates leaving as soon as he leaves.
