Players should work hard to create a positive basketball culture by accepting their role and improving themselves. They must show good sportsmanship, communicate well with teammates and coaches, and understand that team success is more important than any individual. Players should always follow the program's rules by playing hard, smart, and together while accepting coaching and helping each other improve.

1. Create a positive basketball culture by being a great teammate, accepting your role,
showing good sportsmanship and working hard to be the best player you can be.
2. Work hard to make this team as successful as possible.
a. Work hard in practice

c. Learn the game, improve your basketball IQ
d. Improve yourself and your game outside of practice
3. Accept coaching. Understand that your coaches are trying to make you better
individually, which will result in us being a better team.
4. Show good sportsmanship and behavior when representing your team and your school.
5. Work hard to reach your highest potential, both on the court and in the classroom.
6. Communicate with your teammates and your coaches.
7. Understand that WE > me. If you don’t like your role, don’t take it out on your
teammates, keep working hard and force us to play you.
8. Understand that we want to play a certain style and that each player has a different, yet
extremely valuable role.
