• Custom Variables tracking and reporting

• Custom date range reports

• Privacy features: opt out iframe, automatic log deletion,

• piwik.js: first party cookies enabled by default

• piwik.js: asynchronous tracking

• Documented REST Tracking API and php client

• Full Segmentation support in API!

• Significant performance optimizations

• Beautiful Javascript graphs

• Awesome much improved Visitor Log and Live! widget

• Inline documentation (reports and columns)

Changes in Piwik in last 12 months (3/3)

• We fixed many small bugs, a few security bugs
  (responsibly disclosed), also several devs regularly
  contributed UI improvements…

• Many new configuration settings (for advanced users
  and specific use cases). These settings are not exposed
  in the UI, but documented in the FAQ

• Piwik FAQ now contains 140 questions,
  always kept up-to-date!

  new features:
• Better UI to see the graph for specific keywords, pages…
• Create open source SVG map for countries/cities
• In-site analytics (page overlay showing metrics such as
  click rates)
• Reports sent to a phone number by text/sms
• Page load time tracking and analytics
• Custom Alerts (definition of alerts and receive by email /
  sms)
• And many more ideas.. You can participate too! 
