A girl is forced to go on a timed treasure hunt at her high school to save her boyfriend who has been taken captive. Throughout the hunt, she is reminded of how she tormented others. The film pitch group came up with this idea after considering feedback from an audience that preferred thrillers involving found footage or mafia plots. They developed character profiles and targeted the film at 16-17 year olds who enjoy thrillers. Additional research looked at thriller film titles, fonts, and distribution companies. Storyboards showed elements intended to build suspense, fear, and emphasize danger for the protagonist. Production planning addressed scheduling, locations, casting, and risk assessment.
